Andale Mexican Cuisine – Saturday Night Vibes!
9201 Gateway Blvd W
Overall Bites:
Value: $10 and my goodness was the portion of this meal so great! I had chicken tacos served with rice and refried beans, YUM! The plate had 3 tortillas and a GREAT amount of chicken on them and they were generous with their avocado!
Taste: Seriously, just thinking about the taste makes me crave them. The rice had a great taste as well as the beans, and the chicken had a nice creamy taste and was topped with melted cheese that went along well with the avocado.
Presentation: The presentations at Andale are ALWAYS so great. I’ve been here on countless occasions (my boyfriend reaaaaaally likes this place) and I have never once seen a bad presentation.
Vibe: Ok, so Andale IS the place to be on a Saturday evening. We went around 7 in the evening and man oh man was this place popping! They had not only one performer, but TWO!! The restaurant has three sections. One is the bar, then the original dining and they have a private section as well.
Accessibility: Super easy to find, and it’s right off the axis road on i10. You’ll also see their sign, it is not hard to miss!
Andale Fine Mexican Cuisine. I left this place feeling HAPPY! Food was great, company was great, vibes were amazing and it also could have been cause it was cheat day! So you can already imagine the smile on my face. Like I mentioned above I have been there before but I had never gone on a Saturday night. Let me tell you guys, this place was insane! In a very good way. When we got there, there was a woman performing and there was someone else performing at the bar. After about 20 minutes or so a duet started performing at the main dining area. These guys know how to put on a show! The crowd was super into it and when we looked around, a lot of these customers weren’t even having an alcoholic drink! They were great, as well as the music that they were singing. Here’s the link to the special events (they have events almost daily) and their menu so that you don’t miss this next Saturday!
Now, the food was unbelievably good, came out at a perfect time and our waitress knew when to ask if we needed anything. It wasn’t that awkward time when you have food in your mouth. The chicken was just the correct amount for the tortillas. Don’t you hate when you don’t have enough meat for your tortilla? The taste was excellent, no salt was needed and when I was about to ask for limes for my tacos I realized I didn’t need any because that is how good the chicken was seasoned! I was definitely vibing with the music and my surroundings and my company. It was a really great experience, and probably one of the best times I have had at Andale. A total 5 Bites for me on this one!
